NEW AX2 DIFFERENTIAL DRIVE AXLE AVAILABLE NOW

The wide range of ratio's enables us to create low speed - high torque solutions which makes them extremely powerfull in combination with our AC or DC motors up to 6KW for the AX2.

The gears are hardened and the teeth are rectified (ground) for low noise and high efficiency 93-96%, depending on the ratio. Depending on the required torque we can choose between 2 or 4 satelite wheels in the differential.

The motors can be supplied in AC and DC, 24V-96V, 1000-5000rpm, from 2KW up to 6KW continous power, depending on the application. Our DC motors are available in series wound, SEM/SEPEX, but also our new high efficient (ca. 90%) compact 5KW PM A166 motor.

An electromagnetic parkingbrake can be fitted on the motors end-shield, but also on the gearbox, which gives you more space to fit a wheel in case you need a small trackwidth.

The tubes/shafts can be made to customer specification, with hydraulic drumbrakes, wheelhubs or outputshafts. We also make a version for homokinetic joints. This means we are very flexible and we can easily produce your specific driveaxle, also in smaller quantities. The max direct load on the axle is 1200Kgs.
